WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AT THIS TIME. WE WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR FULL PRICES MERCHANDISE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE OR 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEM(S). STRICTLY FOR ITEM EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDITS ONLY.

HOWEVER, FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEM(S) CAN BE RETURNED TO DYIONE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE OR 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEM(S).

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUND(S)*:

1)ITEMS REQUESTED FOR REFUND(S) MUST BE EITHER DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.

2)THE REFUND MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE.

3)RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION.

4)ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED ALONG WITH THE TAGS AND PACKAGING AS RECEIVED.

5)NON-FINAL SALE ITEM(S)*

*FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE ITEMS PURCHASED DURING SALE PROMOTIONS, ITEMS PURCHASED USING COUPONS, DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE, LIMITED LAUNCH ITEMS. ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

ONCE YOU HAVE EMAILED US YOUR REQUEST, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL INFORMING YOU OF OUR DECISION ON THE REQUEST, ALONG WITH ANY FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS IF NECESSARY, WITHIN 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS. ONCE YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED, A COMFIRMATION WILL ALSO BE SENT TO YOU.

FOR ITEM EXCHANGES

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING EXPENSES. ALL EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO SIZE AVAILABILITY, PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RETURNS MUST BE NEW, UNUSED, AND WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.

ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED UPON REACHING US.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER AND PURPOSE ‘EXCHANGE’ OR ‘RETURN’ ARE INDICATED ON THE PARCEL FOR EASIER PROCESSING & VERIFICATION.

FOR RETURNS / REFUND

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL ONLY COVER THE COST OF RETURNS IF WE HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THE RETURNED ITEMS ARE INDEED FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE AFTER INSPECTION. IN THIS CASE, OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A SHIPPING LABEL, WHICH WILL COVER THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REFUND PROCESS.

FOR SUCCESSFUL RETURN, THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

FOR UNSUCCESSFUL RETURN, DO NOT SHIP YOUR ITEM BACK OR ITEM WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU AT YOUR COSTS AND EXPENSE.

WE RESERVES ALL RIGHTS TO

1) REJECT RETURN/EXCHANGE THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH OUR REFUND POLICY.

2) WITHHOLD THE REFUND UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE RETURNED ITEMS.

3)MAKE FINAL DECISIONS REGARDING THE REFUND REQUEST

4)MODIFY THIS POLICY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
