When will I receive my order?
LOCAL ORDERS (Malaysia)
Upon order confirmation, please allow 1-3 business for your order to be fulfilled.
It will then be dispatched to our delivery partner. ‘Standard Shipping’ will take 3-5 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping at this moment. Every effort is made to have your items delivered within the specified windows.
An email with your Tracking Reference Number will be sent to notify you when your order has been shipped.
Please note: these period may be extended during holidays, limited edition releases and promotions. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Singapore
Upon order confirmation, please allow 3-5 business for your order to be fulfilled.
It will then be dispatched to our delivery partner. ‘International Shipping’ will take 3-7 business days, unless the package is held up in customs. We do not offer expedited shipping at this moment. Every effort is made to have your items delivered within the specified windows.

Due to many unforeseen circumstances and customs clearance processes, international shipping may sometimes be delayed. International shipping charges are non refundable.

All prices listed on Dyione official online store are listed in Malaysian Currency.
LOCAL ORDERS (Malaysia)
We charge a flat rate of MYR 10 for shipping.
Free shipping is available for orders above MYR 500. USE CODE ‘MYFREESHIPPING’ at checkout.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Singapore
We charge a flat rate of MYR 35 for shipping.
Free shipping is available for orders above MYR 700. USE CODE ‘SGFREESHIPPING’ at checkout.
Duties & Taxes ( for overseas orders )
WE SHIP DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID (DDU), THEREFORE IN THE CASE OF DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF MALAYSIA, ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES ARE CHARGED ONCE THE PARCEL ARRIVES AT ITS DESTINATION COUNTRY. YOU ARE OBLIGED TO BEAR THE CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FURTHER COSTS INCURRED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE CUSTOMS POLICIES OF OTHER COUNTRIES, AND CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT THE COST WOULD BE, AS CUSTOMS POLICIES AND IMPORT DUTIES VARY WIDELY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
